At Golden Paws Goldens, we carefully select the males used in our breeding program to ensure excellent temperament, structure, and overall health. Our goal is to produce well-rounded Golden Retrievers that thrive as loving family companions while maintaining the wonderful qualities of the breed.

We primarily focus on developing future stud dogs within our own program or through trusted co-ownership and guardian homes. This allows us to closely follow their development, temperament, and health testing as they mature.

All breeding decisions are made only after the appropriate health clearances and evaluations have been completed.

Barlow

Barlow is part of our in-house program and is currently growing into a beautiful, well-tempered boy. As he reaches maturity, he will begin completing the recommended health testing for Golden Retrievers. Pending successful testing and evaluations, we hope he will become one of the future studs in our program. There will be NO BREEDING RIGHTS on litters sired from Barlow.

Tucker

Tucker comes from our very first Golden Paws Goldens litter from Wayne/Luna and lives with one of our wonderful guardian families. He has grown into a handsome boy with a sweet, affectionate temperament. As he matures, he will also begin completing his health testing, and we look forward to the possibility of incorporating him into our program in the future.

Possible Future Stud will be revealed after appropriate health testing is complete. And we plan to keep a male in a guardian home to be part of our program from our Barley/Lucy2026 Litter.
